About Us

We are Home in Spring, Texas

Our Story

Coventry is a subdivision of approximately 340 homes in Spring, TX. Coventry lies between Kuykendahl Rd to the west and Gosling Rd. to the east. It is nestled in between Augusta Pines, Creekside, and The Preserve. Coventry is ideal for those wanting to avoid busy street noises while remaining in close proximity to the Woodlands amenities, shopping, and high-quality restaurants.

We take great pride in a well-kept, friendly community. Coventry has been in existence since the 1980s and is part of the MUD19 water district. Unlike many subdivisions, the Coventry Community Association (HOA) is comprised of community residents serving on a volunteer basis and elected by community residents.

Coventry HOA Board of Directors

Coventry Community Association is comprised of volunteer board members elected to two-year terms by community residents. The primary role of the board is to ensure that the founding policies are adhered to and that decisions made by the board are implemented quickly and effectively.

The Board of Directors also works diligently to ensure that common areas are well-maintained for residents and visitors to enjoy. Fun and informative events and contests held throughout the year foster collaboration between residents and encourage a sense of engagement within the community. The board is also responsible for the financial business of the community and seeks to be a good steward of its funds.

Together, these efforts help ensure that Coventry remains a thriving and prosperous neighborhood year after year.

All members of this Association shall have a right to vote on any matter duly submitted to a vote of the membership and shall have the right and privilege to use and enjoy all properties, facilities and services of the Association and to serve on the Board of Directors and participate in all meetings, activities and functions of the membership of this Association.  All rights and privileges of the members shall be subject to the terms of the Articles of Incorporation and By-laws of the Association and such other reasonable rules and regulations as may be promulgated by the Board of Directors.
